Flying Pokemon Request

This is 's request of her OC with Pokemon gym leader Falkner of flying pokemon. I kinda changed up her outfit to match Falkner's style and played around with her hair style, but hope it stays true to her OC. I also didn't know what pokemon to use for her OC, so I used Latius which is her current icon. Sorry for the wait, but I hope it is to your likeing!
